Infoseite // Panasonic DVX100 differences btwn E, AE, A, B and BE version

Frage von maniero:

Hello,
could someone explain to me the differences between the various versions of the Panasonic DVX100? Do the different names just different model years and was the model yet developed significantly? If so, what are the differences?

Perhaps someone has some experience synonymous with the Pana and the SonyVX2100 or Canon XM2 and I could be the difference in quality in terms of image quality, lowlight behavior, robustness, ... explain my own experience.

Although the search had already been used, but found there very different statements ...
Time very pro Pana, twice a Sony (vswg. the lowlight behavior) ...
Are Lowlightunterschiede in this class really so serious? Also of're thrilled to have a color Performanced Canon, others prefer the Pana. And the DVX has many friends because of the probably very good 25p mode ...

Is there really significant differences between these three cams, or all three are generally very good, and each has its own strength) (Sony - Lowlight, Panasonic - 25p and Canon color reproduction?

I look forward to your thoughts and responses.

Regards,
Manfred

Antwort von PowerMac:

"E" = Europe, PAL
no 'E' = USA, Rest of World
"A" = slight improvement in auto focus, better firmware, better zoom button, AF at 25p
no "A" = first original model of the DVX
"B" = development of the "A"; unbiased display of 16:9 on the display, aperture, focus, remote control, timecode synchronization between two cameras, supposedly slightly lower noise
no "B" = "A" or no "A"

DVX100 <DVX100A <DVX100B

The Americans see things very differently:

In a secret survey of the United Nations last month following question: "Could you tell us your honest opinion of how to find a solution to the food shortage in the rest of the world?"

The survey was clearly a failure:
In Africa, the respondents did not know what "food". Eastern Europe did not know what "means" honest ". Western Europe knew the word "shortage" is not. The Chinese did not know what "opinion". The Middle East after asked what meant "solution". South America knew the importance of "please" not. And no one in the U.S., what is the "rest of the world" knew.
