Hello,
I know that you of the questions, "Which camcorder ......?" 're tired and have therefore much searching compatriots and read. Somehow I will be in making decisions but not safer - quite the contrary.
I have of the matter no idea and would like to see Cam eingentlich only one up, because we get offspring.
It is important to me that the Cam indoors makes good pictures and then I sense the film on the laptop and then can burn to DVD.
I still have so far only that of mini-DV Panasonic eligible.
Actually, it should be the 180. However, there is probably only on the internet and I prefer to pay EUR 50 and more a person voted in favor of Probelemen (bad experiences in the past).
When Saturn said it would lead only to the followers 230, the return would be more expensive, at nearly the same equipment. Now, I have researched a little better and would be the 320, I at least on the Internet for fewer Euros to acquire, as the 230th at Saturn
But has all the connections that I need? Is it already too much of a good thing? Or too little? More than 500 Euros, I would like to spend.

So, if you value to an external Microphone off you, because your internal sometime maybe not sufficient, then a microphone port so vital. And then if you wish to control the sound, then a headphone output is also of advantage. I wanted to not have both.

1. The video is much more compressed as DV min
2. MPG is not so good as to cut DV
3. To ensure your recordings, you can if you "DV in" have cut the film back onto tape to play. This is still the best way and manner of the backup.
@ Swantje - times you buy the new chip - Still image - Video, because inside is why mini DV is better.

HDV Compression MPG, despite a significantly higher data rate in comparison to SD Video Compression with MPG.
