It is a bit (too expensive, Nikon D 90 & Canon 50 D), but certainly an interesting camera.
The very good splash protection, synonymous of the optics, could provide for revival in the Pentax camp. Good ideas, clearly, and one case (;) buttons and arrangement Pentax had a long time.

Well, to be ¬ 1449, of course, the kit price. I expect the MSRP for Body-Only is available at ¬ 1,299.
The street price of the K20D, the indirect predecessor, is currently at around 600-700 ¬. (; Launched last spring, also with about 1299 ¬!
So there's still a lot to expect s.Preisnachlass.
The Kit Lenses, when a "filmmaker thinks" are anyway not the ideals for the shooting. Quite remarkable, and quite synonymous but in the competitive field is set up with Pentax lenses. Especially since the Limited series stands out with exceptionally good, bright FBs.

Very interesting. I have a K10D, with which I am very satisfied. Handling is super, especially the Lenses I could use next, if I sell the body to use additional video.
A pity that the video function offers only 30fps. Ie
2:3 pulldown, so judder
or
slight slow motion to change the frame rate to 25 (; comes with Compressor, with the original sound will be largely useless)
or
NTSC-BD production.
Everything is not the real McCoy. Let's see, what does the proprietary HD mode, whether the leaves aufbohren to 16:9 and if so in what way. Otherwise, the 720s mode is not synonymous bad, if the optics are good, and she is on DSLRs.
