in earth tones this is such a thing. Helpful are knowledgeable in color models; irreplaceable is a fine knack for setting of colors.
What exactly is fair? Perhaps once you open the picture of a blonde in Photoshop and you look at the color values using pipette. Maybe it can help you synonymous to leave open the Blonde model for direct Comparison when adjusting the color too.
