Wanted is a plugin for iMovie, with the text as you can position the screen. No scrolling, no swirls, leaves or other galactic Effects. Just a simple text, eg a domain or a place name, the small and quiet somewhere in the corner.
If so, in the same way a small graphic, such as a logo, one could dance, that would be fine, but should not be.
The only condition of nix cf / x.

IMovie has no built-title generator?
Otherwise, the text in an image program before an empty background, Picture save with alpha mask and import into iMovie.

But sure. It can all synonymous intergalactic Heizefeitz, but a simple line of text somewhere in the Picture position he can not.
