I have two external hard disks worried and started my new secure archive on them (!). More interesting (or annoying) way, all AVI files I in the last few years with youthful recklessness on (data) DVD had secured "corrupt" and will not play anymore.
Is this common? Is there a program that is defective AVIS as best they can produce again?
Luckily I still have tapes and DVDs and as a musician I have my WAV files before important but dooof isses but .... :-(

Some DVDs, not just one. And image files (Nero) are synonymous affected.
Even a completely new! So is the DVD does not seem as storage media for large files, synonymous if the fit because it ...

I marvel not, after I complained in another thread that already tests its ninth DVDs with K-Probe or Plextoools and such are still synonymous then next s.Kunden.

my 'customers' I was only "clean" Piano & Vocal "tones. :-)
(OK, ONCE, I actually sold a synonymous DVD ... which was quite OK, but .. pst, forget it! "(Blues)

Exactly - we wipe's out
But see yourself what happens everything, every year 10% of all DVD and five years a hard drive, there's no cure for that
