Premiere CS5 mega-bug - not usable for professional work?

Love Premiere editors, is you ever noticed that Premiere CS5.0.3 both in the preview, as synonymous with the export of HD footage, the video level (; Luma & Chroma) raises and makes it illegal values?
Am yesterday stumbled on this phenomenon, because I my current project in the max XD-Cam HD 4:2:2 with meticulous 100%. Video levels must express. After the export was illegal were the values in the area, although the whole source material had a maximum of 100% (; Chroma 120%). Then have to verify the problem, try one of Premiere-generated color bars placed on the timeline. When durchscrubben by the Time Line "stuck" luminance and chrominance on the waveform monitor at 100% and it should be. If I then calculate the preview, the video levels fluctuate between 103-108% (; Luma) and somewhere over 110% (; chroma). OK, I had indeed max. Render quality is selected, but thought that it is more of a preview issue ... MPEG I-frame can mean so many things ...
BUT: the synonymous rendered out in the MXF XDCAM HD 4:2:2 has this misconduct (; have naturally rendered without including the data preview and even delete this precaution before). Did then the same should be synonymous again with a DV PAL sequence made, and here the color bars after the export is like it: With 100% ...
It seems that in fact the XD-Cam codec to be buggy!
This may not be true or?
Therefore my plea to all PREMIERE CUTTER:
Let us verify the problem so that we Adobe with something "in hand" have in order to rectify this as quickly as possible. Otherwise, a professional workflow with Adobe CS5 is not possible ...
- Please lie down by a new project with a full-HD 1920x1080 sequence s.and generates a color bars, you lay on the timeline.
Take a look at the Wafeformmonitor the level. Luma and Chroma would at 100%.
- Renders a preview and then you look back at the video level. If the fact synonymous with you later?
- Delete your preview file and exports the color bars in the format MXF XDCAM HD 4:2:2 1080i (; safety, synonymous click away again "Use preview files" before the hook)
-Import the MXF into Premiere and place them on the timeline. What does the level?
If you now synonymous an excess level you have, then you have the latest on the next project that the acceptance test at a TV station have a problem. And then we should ask about friendly Adobe to fix this error.
