Premiere CS5 plays data on startup volume, despite other setting?

Hi, I have a problem with Premiere Pro CS5 on Mac OS X Leopard 10.6.6 when exporting:
I want a 1920 X 1080 AVCHD movie (duration 2 hours) as MPEG2 export for DVD.
I have the startup disk and all Programs including Premiere Pro free on a 120 GB SSD and the video data on a hard disk on the raid about 1.2 TB.
Now if I want to play out the film premiere, he puts the files synonymous right onto the hard drive, but after a while it starts in a very short time, the SSD full play, on which only 30 GB are free. Once the 30 GB are filled, ie the SSD to the brim, is breaking from Premiere with the error message that the startup disk is full.
I checked all the settings in Premiere Pro, all the hard disks are listed as working drives. I do not understand why and with what is here the startup disk (SSD =) at all data will be filled with?
If I stop and restart the system, the 30 GB, which were filled on the SSD suddenly free - it must have some cache - but if I let the Finder, the size of all folders show, there is nowhere a correspondingly large file ...
