Hi,
I have a problem with PE 9th If I do scene transitions, such as soft with Aperture, I've always been the problem that I have but a smooth transition, the picture or the new scene is as it were, appears as a still image. I would, however, that the transition proceeds at a moving picture. In Magix Video Deluxe I could solve the so-in which I have superimposed the individual video segments. This is not PE 9th
Does anyone know a solution for my problem?

I did some years ago with Premiere Elements 1 and played around a bit as I could with each other to push the dazzling files easily and adjust so the length of the "flesh" arbitrarily. I can not imagine that this feature now things should be.
What does the online help?
