Have a friend a PC a year ago, put together for video editing.
Now he is after Pinnacle to Adobe Premiere Elements crashes changed but the Proggi always irregularly from (severe error or similar error message as - no exact cause of the error on Google or Adobe www to find).
The problem s.der thing: he has the same PC (motherboard Sock. 939, ProZ - Athlon 64 3000, 1 GB memory, 250 GB HDD) as I did - and pounce on me from nothing. Also tests with Premiere Pro 2 or Magix Video Deluxe repeatedly led to similar program crashes.
Now my suspicion: he takes the camera with only very short clips (4-10sek) - as per 1 hour tape come loose clips 600-700. With 3 per cassette to edit film, fall into 3 folders in the Import earlier almost 2000 files. Naturally takes the first import but when he is finished, normal with the cut to begin until sometime halt the program crashes unexpectedly.
Can it s.der clips are large quantity, all programs can crash?

The clips are s.der quantity is I can not imagine. I suspect it is s.der system. (Athlon 64?) Premiere Pro has been used on a Pentium IV optimized. no idea what version 2 is required. My version 1.5 is now well on my 3 years old Pentium IV optimally, the faster notebook (Dual Core T2500) is not.

The Processor's surely can not lie - PP2 yes synonymous supporting multi-core processors. Since now the system was set up because now it can not lie. Document times all hardware components check / replace.

The program crashes again and again without warning s.with the message
"Adobe Premiere Elements will be terminated because a serious error has occurred. It is the current Project is trying to save." Now I have some guesses: The clips (about 1200!) Scenalizer were informed of the live video camera recorded. When you import / open Project, it takes a long time until all files are loaded and there is a lot of RAM (700 MB) / swap file (1.2 GB) is used. Could it be that a video editing program with not so many clips can handle, or have the clips on the program's internal function to be imported?
CPU (AMD Athlon 64 3000) and RAM (1.5 GB) have been exchanged and Win XP set up - no improvement. Enough disk space is available.

Have the same problem on brand new Calculator (E6600, 2GB memory, 8800GTS graphics, 2x500 GB HDD, Vista. The calculator shows lack of memory when loading of only 30 clips (from HDVSplitt HDV) with a total of 4.3 min duration s.and crashes .

Yes, Adobe 3:02 PE can handle it. As I've now found out, it is s.Mainconcept PlugIn 1.01. With plug is nothing without all the plug. Obviously, negative attacks MC in the memory management. MainConcept pushes the error to Adobe, Adobe on Main Concept. Well - the main thing is that the customer is the Money going!

Have two tips:
- It is probably often s.irgendwelchen Codecs, such as synonymous s.Lame. Often, probably not even "just" to audio codes.
- Try a different time users, or deleting the files of the respective user in "documents and settings / ... / Application Data /" and in "my documents" - has made me the error.

Unfortunately no, it is s.MC plug. Did I inzwiechen tested on 2 computers with no additional "codechaltige" SW eenthielten. Zwi mails of support s.den MainConcept remain yet unanswered.

Unfortunately in the past few weeks, nothing is done. The forthcoming update will probably only appear if 16Kern processors Alttagsstandart at AldiPCs are. To that extent I would stick to my statement that I am around. 60 ¬ for a non-usable plug out of the window was thrown! Be me when no SA-product from the house MC or products that are on paid extensions of MC are dependent buy.
