Frage von dvwga:

Hello!
Today I sent today to get several individual clips of the benefit concerts for hurricane victims. Now I want to join and spend them on a DVD. Yet I have in Premiere, but the following problem: even in the Monitor window in Premiere, the clips jerk, as if it would be "missing images". The clips are all 320x240 resolution (behind it in brackets (1.0) and 29.97 fps. Now I've made several settings in the Project-election, but the result is always the same (as above).
And if I understand it, I can get the clips is not so well on our measure, right?
If Mark was to read here: thank you for your tips of 2 weeks ago on the Canopus ADVC300, and it has worked. Thank you again.

Hi Mark,

thanks for the compliment. :-)

The material, which was sent to you, is obviously not optimal, but perhaps you can still use it. It is NTSC DV with half Resolutionund square pixels. The images were optimized s.Computer may have to use (suggest Resolutionund square pixels).

But as it is with the frame rate? The video file may have been previously exported with 5 fps and the resulting file again with 29.97 fps (even subvert professionals) sometimes errors. In this case, the new file has indeed again the NTSC frame rate, but are actually shown with 29.97 fps, only 5 new images per second.

How can the video files in a software player (eg Windows Media Player)? Picture is choppy as synonymous?

Hello Mark!
The clips run properly on WMP, so do not jerk. The stupid is that my friend has not made out of the States which itself but got synonymous of someone like that. And this person supposedly knows not how he did it (???). I had already asked, but the halt came out here, great, is not it `? And one of the clips is not synonymous Mpeg but a wmv, I have now seen, after all, I've packed in PP. Bring it to what if I have the time with Video Inspector or G-spot check to find out possibly codec etc?
Gruss
Markus

Hi Mark,

an examination of the video files, I think it made sense, because if you would find a common denominator for the project settings in Premiere, of course, would be the advantage.

Time a question about the actual project: What is the reason the recordings are to be burned to a (video -?) DVD? Do the films strictly on a standalone DVD player running or they could be synonymous s.Computer play () as now even possible?

Hello Mark!
So I want to bring the clips on DVD for several reasons: first, are sometimes so bad that I want to trim, them. Then they are cut into pieces so stupid, that is interrupted in the middle of the song, then was sent to the next clip in the middle of song '. That is not exactly a pleasure to s.irgendeiner point in the song erstmal need to click the next clip, or order before it goes next.
I've tried to pull the clips through a prog in order to analyze them, but somehow I see there is almost nothing. Have not met the specified exactly, but she would write times.

Only times that as a suggestion: The DV editing further (includes exclusive) use s.Computer not. Later, the edited film can always be scaled / are encoded.

If first time to clarify what the project set to run with the video files properly. Is it really about AVI files, or any other format? WMV? MPEG1 / 2? - Maybe you try on synonymous times from different templates in Premiere? The image size (320 × 240) and frame rate (29.97 fps) You already know ...

Good luck!
