I recently s.Laptop the problem (XP Professional, SP2) the problem open the following the premiere of the screen is black and nothing works.
It loads the plugin, show me the welcome screen and asks to open a new Project or Project.
No matter what I select when to open the desktop, the screen black and synonymous Windows does not move again.
Have everything cleaned and reinstalled, but this remains a problem.
I no longer have long worked with Premiere and use a lot since the last install (not a video codec!)

This premiere was auto shot to the second screen.
