Premiere Pro 1.5 problem: green stripes in the video

have a problem with several videos: Links s.Bildrand runs a green vertical stripe night below. I do not know of where the come, but somebody knows how to get away? Thanks in advance.

Was the green stripe has always been there, synonymous in the very first original video? Where is the file? Which (compression) format is going on? Check the file with GSpot synonymous times.
