Hi,
Yesterday I bought on ebay a JVC GY HD 110U, and wanted to ask whether it is possible with a reasonable standard definition camcorder, the JVC camcorder miniHDV the caisson to capture.
I still have such a small SD camcorder at home, and I do not want an extra HD camcorder for capturing create.
Or can not capture HD with SD camcorder?

... This can not capture HD with SD camcorder? ... You suspect correctly: not do. And one of the most widely synonymous HDV camcorder of Canon Sonyoder with the 720p format, the JVC will be able to do anything, because these devices are designed for the more common 1080i version.
What quantities of bands you have to capture up to? Since the dubbing a tape drive charged far less than the normal recording operation, would you have to make might not necessarily think about an additional player.

There are rotated so that some short films and a documentary, so not as many tapes. I have only read that one should always protect the tape drive, and Firewire connections that soon will break. That's why I thought it would be useful.
