Hi,
my problem is this:
1 - bias can not be installed, or it comes a message saying that Windows XP requires bias (I have XP on it). Pinnacle, I have downloaded the update, same error message. Even after a complete uninstall of Studio 11, Ultimate can not install. Studio 11 will run as a single very good.
2 - proDAD Heroglyph is on it but is nowhere to be found (no plugin). Although the installation of Ultimate without bias goes smoothly, Heroglyph is neither in the control panel under the programs listed.
Hat, or better yet, had someone of you the same problem and can help me next?
