I have a problem with the Movie Maker. I capture video with the recording of the WMM with the help of a Videograbbers of an analog Hi8 camera. I did the last years always with the best possible quality error-free record. Recently, however, I have the problem that the video in about 20 seconds falters and extremely jerky, the video files which makes them unusable.
I use the same cartridges, the same camera and the same settings as previously synonymous. Even with my other PC is exactly the same problem ... I will just not be smart ...
Athlon 2600 + / 1024 MB Ram / ATI Radeon x800 GTO / 500 GB hard drive
and
Intel Pentium 4 3.0 Ghz with HT / 1024 MB Ram / ATI Radeon X800Gto / 750 GB hard drive
Moreover, I have a second problem ... For EVERY other video capture software ... Nero Vision, Vegas, Virtual Dub is the preview and the preview window of the recording is extremely verpixelt and the distorted picture ...

Hey Thank you for your quick response ...
I know now, of course not exactly in how many different programs and updates I have installed, but that it my not very many were.
And since this problem exists on both PCs (and it was not for the same programs are installed), I do not believe that there are lies.
I do regularly synonymous Programs I no longer need (Control Panel -> Software -> Programs to remove or modify).
