System:
Windows XP Professional SP2 and Windows XP Home Edition SP2 (on 2nd partition)
Athlon XP 2400
468 DDR Ram
AsRock mainboard K7VT4A
ATI Radeon 9600 XT graphics card
Problem:
My PC recognizes my Panasonic digital camcorder.
I can synonymous footage on the PC. But unfortunately
not more from Adobe Premiere or Windows Movie Maker more a film on the tape in the camera back to play. I keep getting just a black picture on the camera, where s.and times to the original footage can be seen.
In July is my "elite group motherboard" broke down and then have the AsRock mainboard get since I have problems. The Firewire card, the cable and the camcorder is OK, have tested everything s.anderem PC.
Windows should not be synonymous, since neither nor U Win Win Prof works.
Evt. someone has a few useful hints what it could be.

For me it sounds more likely then not your DV Camera - In has.
Tell us what Panasonic have to model it is. So the problem can be quite limited.
