Unfortunately I have to an AVI, which I for lossless compression codec with the HuffYUV've coded the following problem:

PS: I have the codec in version 2.1.1, if that is helping

The version is all right. Have you set the Huffyuv synonymous to "Always RGB output? At the moment, but only occurs to me that the codec dialog (Video -> Compression >...) in Virtualdub to do.
BTW. Virtualdub plays the file from right? Does the Windows Media Player File from wrong? What does GSpot on the file, specifically how the playback chain under Video for Windows (top right in GSpot) and DirectShow (bottom middle in GSpot)?
