I have tremendous quality problems with my uncut mpeg files. Before I had my new pc put everything went great.

My problem has changed somewhat:
it exists only in the premiere. While this makes vlc still no time specified, but vlc and wmp play the mpeg or (; mpeg2 ????) properly.
