Explanation:
If in subsequent video, for example, a cuboid rotates will I use this construct in the CAD system and put rotation axis and angle firmly. Then cut an animation renderer movement in the 100 individual images. A video encoder converts these images into a movie. (System: Thumb Cinema)
As I said above will change the picture during playback of video between sharp and blurred. It looks as if the cuboid "pulsate".
Experiments with different players and change the frame rate did not succeed.

It sounds like Skip or a bad de Interlacer in playback program. Without accurate information about video codec / resolution and used software / operating system you like but you will hardly help you ...
