Why should it? If only a paradox: If there had been already given, would have made None bothered to program it in CS3, and conversely, it would now be programmed None as plugin, since it is already built. Sure, there are thousands of plugins that would do one or the other and combined to provide exactly the result, however, is indeed synonymous sinnfrei again - then an update / new purchase would be cheaper.
