Hi!
I would like to try out even the RED One with a Steadycam. However, I have no Wireless Focus System.
Is a rotation without a follow focus, with a pre-set focus, possible?

One can observe synonymous with Dof the distance. You should keep the same focal plane now not just to a few cm. Otherwise, what Dekid writes. Just with a lot of Wide Angle rotation.

Borrow Post a Follow Focus, if you can afford ne red, is a FF is not the problem;)

The follow focus would be no problem, but would then indeed restrict the freedom of movement. I had seen some videos to watch is the only operator with the Steadycam including RED, etc. without a wireless Focus
Would a combination with RED Steadycam + + Follow Focus + Assistant conceivable?

No. Only with Radio Focus.
Though wind is the enemy of any Steadicam operator - how annoying would affect a rotating hand s.Focusrad of external?

Yes with NEM 28 or 35 mm Lens and someone would Sits in nem Preview tent before NEM thick and monitor any movement then draws the sharp mm accuracy quite possible! But then it cost containing synonymous ;-)
Whether this is what brings, or whether it is cheaper than LUX NEN few more light to squat to the set that was first to be seen ;-)
