I hope I'm right here - at least I have found Despite extensive search nopass Group. Got this camera for some time but not the software / driver. Do I need this to get absolutely to the recordings on the Calculator? And how it would go without?

Hi Jenny,
I gather from your question that you had connected the camcorder via USB. This is for still images (; digital photos) absolutely the right connection, although it may require the Drivers.
For the transmission of video recordings - as Patrick has written - these are connected via Firewire choice (; Firewire IEEE1394 = = = iLink DV). Synonymous for Drivers is not required unless the IEEE1394 port OHCI-enabled.
