Infoseite // Re-capturing the same film for the same Project

Frage von Alien2001:

Hello!

Since I am after a search found nothing suitable, here's my question:

I work with Magix Video 2008 and capture movies of my tape (DV). Since I have some projects later (weeks, months ...) maybe something will change, I wonder whether it is possible, if I am the Project without the avi file and secure the same tape as soon as I s.Project wants to change something, again capturing the file and can then return to the Project synonymous fit, so can be processed directly.

Here is in brief:

1. I do a movie with Magix normal and burn it to DVD.
2. Gecapturete I delete the avi file and secure all other project files.
3. I will someday s.diesem Project to change something, the file re-capture of tape and copy the relevant files to the project.

4. Question: Funktoniert the Project as before, without any changes?

Weiss somebody, whether it works?

Gruß,
Alex

Hi Alien,

if you are after weeks or months even know in which folder these files were and how you've named the files ..... maybe ...

I use as a tool to capture free program WinDV, here are the files named after the Timcode and it will be for each scene, a new file is created. Theoretically I should be a DV tape again and again and can capture the files would all return the same name.

I would, however, you and any other case in any way recommend safer. If you look with the completion of your projects so much time or want to have to buy you for 80 EUR ne 500GB USB hard drive. Since fit over 40 hours of DV - video drauf. Then you need all the tapes are not synonymous nochmal new ... and can restore at any time immediately with the Nachbarbeitung begin. I have in this way synonymous or one or the other Project are stored on heap.

Greetings from the Rhine
