I hope I'm right here.
I have the following problem:
I have a VHS transferred to DVD and then ripped the DVD to AVI. Now the video file is mine and I want to cut it and then put on YouTube.
It is in this DVD-recording flickering stripes Picture.
Here is a picture of it:

How can I remove these streaks?
As a program I use VirtualDub.

Please a Sample of your clip upload (about 10 seconds enough for me already). Change to NO EVENT the resolution.
Maybe what I can cobble together in Avisynth ...
