I have a "defective" AVI file (of dub your camcorder to a computer). The file is 13 GB in size; min around 58th Now I have the problem that I just 32.25 minutes. may look, the rest is broken.
How can I at least 32.25 min. ? save? Is there a way to save the AVI file??

I would put the avi file into an editing program - and try and render the first part to another file as a DV-avi to. Should proceed with any program better editing. Of course, you hold never know how far a defective file then causes problems during this process.
