Sonynutzt been several years - as other synonymous Manufacturer - special chips in their batteries, so that the batteries of these third-party chips also need to camcorders with the respective job. There are a lot, in the case of the NP-FH-Batteries for the HC7 seems to be a replica but not so easy to be. No, quite the contrary. For my VX1000, I have two such Batteries since about one year in operation, no problems. However, the camera is not very frequent use.
The small TRV140E is well with the original Battery and a big external battery. Both hold now for about almost seven or eight years. External battery is from the "Info Lithium" correctly recognized. The displayed maturity, when full: 465 minutes. In practice, remain at least 5 hours left, next down, I have not tried it yet.
The FX1 is finally
almost solely with the external battery. The standard, which Sony (stinginess is cool, indeed) has settled, there is really only as a reserve in the pocket. The FX1 is pretty silly, which is "Info Lithium" is concerned, but the Battery detects it perfectly, it estimates only the term a bit optimistic: instead of 6.5 hours of battery holds "only" 5 by at half-half Recording / Playback (only the display mode).

With No-Name Batteries I have only the best experiences: Some NP-F960-replicas running around with me since two years without problems and absolutely satisfactory s.einer VX2100. The price should be around 25 euros per piece have been, I've bought them in www.dasgutegeschaeft.de - not least because of the good advice before the purchase.

Hi,
I have now bought this Battery, Battery unfortunately came without any description. Do I have to invite the small cables plug into the Battery there are 2 sockets, FH and Charger. Have now tried the Battery Charger supplied with the load (without cable) but there is nothing warm and the status indicator lights red.
