if the so-called "camera" (I suppose it is a digital toy?) is not the Resolutionder external camera creates, then during the storage image is lost.

I have the same camcorder, and use ne 550er fingercam ... had the same problem to top
what helped me was:
s.du want to transfer to the computer using firewire and
b) not take the windows movie maker, since I funzt best adobe premiere
since I'm perfectly happy!
