Worth the extra per adapter? Is the XLR input of the Canon better than the mini-jack input?

The XLR input is the better choice when the Micro also NEN XLR Male has, so the transfer is done symmetrically. The advantage lies in the better shielding of interference. What course would make no sense would be asymmetric with a micro mini jack to XLR adapt. The transfer would be asymmetrical.
