S200 vs. M306, or at least with a camcorder viewfinder?

Hi folks,
I would like to buy my first camcorder. The holiday is in exactly 20 days s.and s.end should there be a souvenir video.
Originally, I thought to want to invest ¬ 500, but I would like to have a synonymous Cam, in a few years is still up to date.
After much back and forth, I looked more closely following Cams and am falling into the usual trap. Conveniently start and then look for what features do I get a bit more money.
How important is a viewfinder? The camera has its main use time on vacation ... where hopefully a lot of sun. Can I be anything at all visible on the display? Because when the viewfinder is absolutely Necessary, I would be in the S21 and this argues the spirits whether the Panasonic HDC-of TM700 is not better and cheaper at the same time ...
Internal flash memory is not important to me, I find the memory very interesting.
As far as the lowlight behavior, so I lack the experience. How important is it? From the feeling I would say that 90% of the recordings are made in good light before.
The Wide Angled S200 with 43.6 mm seems to be mieserabel, M306 is easily the better player, but not so tightly synonymous.
The two test videos of videoaktiv.de are difficult to compare, since different zooming. The test pictures are here in slashCAM into something equally good.
As you can see the thing and you might have some advice or tip for me?

Please do not hate me if I now come with common sense and ask questions. the said cameras and I do not hardly know.
question 1: what you film? your girlfriend / wife, mountains, beach, flowers, old partys bauwerke?
question 2: do you want to document draufhalten only or do you take your time, and make beautiful recordings, and later it nice to fit all videos with brimmborium?
Depending on the answers to these questions would make the purchase!
what I consider to be important:
1) wide angle, if not installed, then draufschrauben possibility for extra.
2) fast (possibly synonymous over the frame rates to achieve)
3) finder (if the sun blinds) and swiveling monitor (not always shoot from head height)
4) external micro possible
according to these criteria, I would make a selection. whether a monitor is brighter than the other, no one can tell you with certainty.
