The graphics card has only one output, that is, for example, you can look over an S-video cable, the picture of your computer to the television.
For your projects you need a TV card with inputs for analog sources. You will not find the card a fat SCART connector has (because too fat). The cards usually have. Multicore cable where a special whip cable's turn which has the necessary unions.
Matching TV cards, there are a variety of manufacturers, such as MSI or Avermedia:
The card has only just supporting composite signals (from what these yellow RCA plugs) comes out, but synonymous aka S-video (for a better picture). That is, however, synonymous, that you may a "SCART to RCA adapter" need. "

An S-Video Male delivers only the image signal. The sound has obviously come through a separate cable. Views on what I list everything you would need:
1x a MSI TV card which you have linked 1x SCART adapter with S-Video output AND 2x RCA Audio Output (Red / White) 1x S-Video Cable 1x Dual-RCA (red / white) cable to 3.5mm stereo jack *
Sources for buying: Scart adapter on Ebay: 180383548011 AND S-Video to RCA jack cable: 170368645734
* The reason is because the card for the sound ONLY has a 3.5mm jack input. Learn more about this, there are: http://www.msi-computer.de/index.php?func=proddesc&prod_no=1396&maincat_no=132&cat2_no=259&cat3_no =

Jo was just at the store and have seen such a thing as synonymous, but I have no more free USB port. And a 4x Hub I already have. Nevertheless, thanks for the tip! Would remain in the PCI version and report as soon as the parts are delivered.
