has anyone of you any idea how I can achieve with a miniDV camcorder, possibly with an auxiliary device, for example, that car every 3 minutes, a single photograph is taken?

Some camcorders have an interval function for recording. But not for single images, but for short sequences. The individual can take out in post from the videos.
Without interval function, it depends on when the CANcorder shuts out low-power reasons, and even the control inputs (LANC?) Are present.
Alternatively, the camcorder can be permanently connected s.einem Calculator (ala webcam) and programmatically save the calculator every few minutes, the live image.

There were Sonymal of a remote control with LANC connection. Then you could specify the frequency of how many images are taken.
