Hello,
There were times in any version of Pinnacle Studio a so-called "strobe effect". This has done nothing more than a frame for 3-4 frames ge "freezt. So without the flashes of light to produce the usual strobes. This effect has several synonymous Consumer Kamers.
Now I want the effect to the post with Magix Video Deluxe 2008 plus use. Is anyone aware of such a plug? Can VirtualDub be synonymous like a plug-in.
Have found nothing on the net ...

Actually, you need only set the Magix in slow motion to a value of 0.2. Previously, disable or remove possibly the soundtrack, otherwise it is only up to 0.5. In the case of a 20%-owned shows slow motion then 5 gefreezte frames per second, it looks good.

You probably mean the "Play Speed" function called the "Video Effects". This slow motion makes the video but even slower, so long as a whole.
The strobe-effect, however, has replaced the 4 or 5 frames by following the "gefreezten" frame, so that the playback speed, and thus the length of the film remained the same.
In the program itself there is the function of my knowledge does not, it probably would need an external plug-in here - but let me be happy to disabuse.
