Hello Miteinander.

Meanwhile, I am completely confused. I have the Internet and this forum synonymous completely be trimmed on the search for a good graphics card. I want my calculator only s.Television operate, so I need a card which already synonymous with the boot works synonymous and a reasonable quality. It should also overlay without problems be able to play DVDs. I even got a Matrox G450 worried though has an excellent picture, but only s.Windows and DVDs, I can not play synonymous (overlay aforementioned problem). ATI will be very useful indeed synonymous cards. Has anyone a suggestion? Thank you

old problem ... beating me for 10 years, synonymous with rum.

I had times ne Raden 7000 AGP, with the everything went PERFECT. Play DVDs, no overlay problems, and an overscan his name synonymous deserves. The Radeon 9200 is still to buy and gfunktioniert pretty well synonymous, synonymous regular offers hardware acceleration for DirectX 9 and few are even models on the market which have RCA output.

Otherwise, I can only advise synonymous: try different cards.
Often it is not s.der card itself, but s.Drivers. Windows itself can only display option with the 'added' a TV out in addition to activate, and if the main monitor connected without it is happiness and driver thing.

Unfortunately, head over to the card manufacturers with their driver versions. I've got as good experience with the Catalyst 6.5 made synonymous version 5.7 is ok. For Nvidia ichs've consistently held that when the cards boot process focused on NTSC, so the ATI had the right half-half standard television set.

What, unfortunately, only to find out is through trial and error is the basic attitude of the TV Out. I had a lot of cards that were on NTSC, and can my television fortunately still in black and white. According to rumors, but you can reprogram the card.

Current graphics cards have introduced lots of settings for the overlay or not, and Kloneinstellungen overscan, and manchnal the DVD playback rather denied it because the graphics card no signal Macrovovision can generate.

Can forget: The best TV-quality brand DVD recorder (eg SONY, PIONEER peak), which have sample rates of over 100 megahertz and excellent TV tuner. Suddenly no external PC connected s.den "toy card" with nearly qualitatively. Each DVD Recorder delivers a good to the best possible analog video signal via the SCART connection - but if the external mieserabel must be digitized, then the quality part in the bucket ...
The problem is that apparently none of Recorder Manufacturer (exception: the most expensive SONY recorder) the need is recognized by the DVD recorder, a digital signal directly mpeg2-PC s.den send them. The stupidest idea is to first put in the DVD recorder is cumbersome and time-to DVD to burn and then into the PC to push ... The main reason is not merely the idiosyncratic to exotic DVD format and the wear and tear on the DVD burner, but the time-consuming, annoying fussiness as a disc jockey to act on what most real thing ...
On the PC, you totally different synonymous and often faster processing capabilities. Now I have several times already, the problem (of digital HD recorder on a PC-HD) to read this, but nobody knows a satisfactory answer ... The Manufacturer seem once again to something completely overslept have ...
