I'm more looking for a tool / software with which you can exchange an existing AC3 soundtrack by another?
This should synonymous nor the DVD menu structure and the subtitles there to stay. In other words, you should be able to import a finished DVD, then individual elements (soundtrack, subtitles, etc) can delete or replace, and can then export the modified DVD again.
Perhaps there indeed such a egg Wollmilchsau ... ;-)

To my knowledge there is no such a tool. One solution I've reads but not tried it yet.
You first need to take all VOBs in which you want to change the soundtrack. Then you extrahierst everything (eg with VOB Edit). Then you take a DVD authoring program and importierst all extracted stuff plus your new audio track (the old audio track you do not need to import). Do not forget that there can be no more audio tracks than previously ... Now you create the new VOBs and rename the old to the VOBs. Then you have to do the new VOBs replace the old.
But if you want to replace a German audio track by a British, then it gets complicated because you need to make the new menu synonymous ...
