Thus, eg same from a jogger to 10 times, only one behind.
Ghosting would do it in principle, but unfortunately we can in Premiere Pro 3
no parameters to adjust.

This can be synonymous with the normal editing program.
10 lanes to create. The bottom is the foundation that has 100% visibility.
All other marks are exact copies, but are played with a small offset. The first track has about 25% transparency, visibility, the rest always take off next (; s.besten not linear).

Aaaah ... I understand your concerns. It should be a quasi-picture, the main joggers but should follow the same staggered nine more.
Then it will actually be more of a role for After Effects, because that requires using masked differences.

Earlier there were at the premiere Effect Time-> echo, so you could do something like that relatively simple - but of course not perfect "clones", which should not go with a few clicks ...

It is identical with the in AE - it multiplies a moving object as often, thus generating a sort of moving tail, which is hinterhergezogen.
All individually adjustable.
