which is better, I can not tell you, because I only know of the MD 421 ... I like working on jedenfall so, the sound is is simply great!
And. .. synonymous you do not need a power adapter, since 's dynamic mic ...

It's simple:
ME66 for pickup when recording
MD421 for Interview
If the budget is only sufficient for one thing, ME66, but in interviews it has to the club characteristics due to be exactly aligned to the speaker. Ambient noise is much hidden.
