Antwort von Axel:

300 dpi for printing at least you can have it only if you can compute new in Photoshop. Otherwise> Export> Picture, etc., or screen shot (at full screen preview) with Apple + Shift +4. It can also be exported MpegStreamclip with good frames, here may be adjusted by size and possibly synonymous Interlace-Skalierung/Deinterlacing.

Thanks for the tips. Come but unfortunately still can not cope. When I go into my Final Cut Pro - program for storage and export, I can not choose Picture, but only Quicktime movie and much more. I have to go elsewhere to s.einer Exporting? For the second tip, how to get to full-screen preview?

The best preview you get on the Digital Cinema Desktop Preview:
> Display (then at the bottom:)> Video Playback> Digital Cinema Desktop Preview. Then, at> display> External Video All Photos> (a very handy shortcut Apple + F12 only works when in the> System Preferences> Keyboard> "The keys F1, F2, etc." ... has a check mark!). Very practical course for an external monitor on which then, depending on the currently active window, canvas or viewer are displayed in full screen. If the display size corresponds to your video format and you your (s) Screen (s) you were reasonably calibrated (System Preferences) monitors, then the screen shot a quick alternative to complicated still export via the "File".
