There were times earlier but for Windows DynaPel of a small tool, which such things could solve quite quickly - but do not know whether that's still there (at DynaPel there's only hardware, but maybe you can find the old tools still somewhere).
Otherwise, each program with compositing Tracker - it's only a matter of budget.
