Hello,
I am looking for a solution or tips, to "live" of a camcorder directly to 4 DVDs and one record (mobile) hard drive (unedited) in parallel. The need to create DVDs in standard DVD players can be played.
During the live recording is synonymous with "work breaks". Is this for DVD recording, there is a problem or special to note?
At the time I take on 4 VHS recorder via a scart 1x parallel distribution (input, output at 4x). From the camcorder, I'm going through an A / V out RCA scart adapter into the scart distributor. But now needs to switch to DVD.

But there's one simple solution: Swap the VHS recorder to DVD recorder.

replace the VHS to DVD recorder is probably the easiest solution. But I need to record so synonymous nor to a (portable) hard drive.
Is there a portable hard disks solution, to which I can record directly of the camcorder via FireWire or USB?

the recorded material when you already have on DVD, you'd have to rip it just once more "" and have you had it exactly like on a mobile plate. However, the quality will be somewhat worse than a direct hard drive recording. But certainly better than vhs.

Can be a problem. There are DVD recorders that have no pause feature in the recording. So check before the purchase, or to taste (synonymous wg.) Length of the pause.

A used PC in the performance s.1 GHz with Analogcaptureboard is perfectly suited for hard disk recording. If your cams are digital, you can receive the signal directly through a Firewire port.

MFG Peter I had already thought of it synonymous. If a calculator, but then a notebook for mobility. Does that make more expensive, however, synonymous again ...
