I have the following problem, always when I in Sony Vegas Pro 8.0 render what it displays some specific s.da is not just a black screen. The following effects are included in the place it does not display indoors
Speed 300%
I habs been rendered in many formats aba there is always the same problem.

What video format and codec which has the original material?
What refresh rate of the original material and what setting you use for the Vegas timeline Ruler?
What exact version of Vegas are you using?

the format is avi. and XviD codec, MPEG-4 CODEC
Frame rate: 29 frames per second
So when the scale is:
scale-time format: SMPTE Drop (27.97 fps, video)
scales start time: 00:00:00; 00
Bars and Beats -------------------------
Beats per minute (tempo): 120,00
Beats per bar: 4
A beat note which includes: District
