after a long search for the impending purchase of a camcorder have become for me, these two models in the closer choice. Priced to move both so just under 500.
Which of the two would you buy?
For tips, suggestions, reviews, etc. I am very grateful.

Maybe I should tell more details / differences between the two cameras are to:
1. The Sonyhat synonymous with a DV input, which does not have the Panasonic
2. The Sonydürfte have a better lens, right?
3. That, however, the Panasonic has 3 chips
4. Both have FireWire
That would be the difference.

Hallo Hans Peter,
previously the rule was a 3CCD camcorder deliver better pictures than a device with only one CCD. That was before with some models, Panasonic has entered the battle price range. In the meantime, with proper equipment 1CCD well ahead compared to approve 3CCD models.
In DV-in, I would not want to do without, because only it can cut videos without quality loss to save (if not external hard disks should be used to separate or a DV recorder is purchased).
Only so much of my thoughts ... I have been a closer look at any of the above camcorder.
