Hi, own for almost 2 years my SonyHDR SR 12E Cam. Why did it twice in the period had a warranty claim. In all these two cases, the software has suspended the action, this is normal?
When synonymous 1.mal the footage was gone. Usually I can count so now I can send rarity in my cam to service to get shut there a new software?
Who has the same problems synonymous with his action.

I had a good 1 year Identical SonyHDR-SR11E, this can only be a small vorweißen hard drive, but otherwise the same camera. I had the camera with no problems or any complaints! I have separated after a year with a tearful eye and have now one of your SonyHDR-XR500E. Certainly not my message will help much, as I not your problem may be the demonstration. But I think that we do not doubt always s.der systems should at Camera, but should consider vllt auchmal what you make yourself wrong. Going with the camera to good, or do you do anything wrong but the system crash, therefore, always.

I think this is a rather s.irgend component / controller in the Cam - So next time I would be there sometimes for a change the board or a direct exchange of goods - so what is not normal or desired aufjedenfall of customer / Manufacturer!
