Sound and Picture is deferred by a few seconds, you mean the sound is a little earlier. Programs I've tried two, the Pinnacle MediaCenter and Sceneo TVcentral. After a short time is often synonymous times the Picture stand or jerky.

But that is synonymous, given the somewhat meager description almost impossible.
