nearly 5 months since I have a Canon HV30 ... and am now in doubt whether I may not have defective equipment.
Reasons: - The sound is very very bad: he is very dull (ok - have read that the Canon HV30 in the Heights "removed", to the tape noise auszufiltern) and synonymous sources before the device are not sufficiently taken - For relatively slow pans you can see clearly "flag" at the objects.
Has anyone of you similar experience with his HV30 done?

the sound is much worse than with all my previous cameras ... I find it somewhat questionable if you take such an expensive part of an external mic must fall back.

Well, a really good mic locker will cost as much as your cam, or even more. Now überleg times what the Cam for capsules to be installed. Exactly. Bottom drawer. Of course, cams with no moving parts (such as those on the record SDHC) probably less "self noise". But as the Rhode Video Mic does not cost the world and makes realtiv good sound.
Hmm ..... Flags. This can now interlaced material s.PC monitor or too long a shutter speed. But since I know the HV30 too little. The manual helps but surely.
Are the "flags" synonymous s.TV to see? PC monitors and then gradually work in the player would need a deinterlacer s.PC switched (for example, the Bob in VLC).

Hello, Theme sound problems: have synonymous HV-30. Had s.Anfang synonymous sound problems. Sound resonated (of Hall). Effects of automatic then changed to P and the sound level to 12 dB recording level menu is limited. Level can occasionally go over it quietly. The display of the sound level is possible (student manual). Since I have no sound problems anymore. Language passages come across well and are now clear. Band sounds then I could not represent what is to say nothing because I'm 50 years old. Lets you know the hearing with age. Keyword banners: The P mode (manual mode) is really synonymous to the better mode. In P mode can still leave a lot of car control and just need to fix it where you think this is a change needed. You can apparently (test not yet completed) eg. Low light significantly improved quality (cinema mode, combined HDV25 (Page 47, Manual). To view the flags (you probably do Schliereffekt) you need to eliminate HDV - standard on the menu. When combined with the cinema mode HDV25 joins Schliereffekt (or bucking) actually first. As we have said is intended to cinema mode really more about the low light quality (without fast Begungungen) to increase. Otherwise, during daylight hours should be recorded in the standard item HDV (HDV) can be selected. There could be but synonymous HDV (PF25) be set.
