A client of mine has uploaded his film on Youtube and to this end of me get a WMV file in the size of 640 by 360 in a sufficiently high data rate to make the conversion result is on Youtube quite beautiful. The Picture is synonymous fine, but the sound is not good enough, so you can hear a much reduced sampling frequency. Other films on Youtube have a perfect sound quality, which seems in principle possible to be. My delivery is synonymous s.sich perfect. So where is the weak point and how can we prevent it?

There is a significant difference between 360p and 480p videos on YouTube. If you switch around between them, the sound is synonymous much better (not so dull). The 480p mode is what was introduced in "those days" of YouTube more than HQ mode.
In your case it does so with some certainty if the video resolution is interpolated to a higher one.
