Everywhere, be it on TV or in movies, various cross-fades or special effects (eg, wiping effect) with so-cool soud background (eg, listen to s.wie a Windzug so "woosh").
Are there any editing program that contains these sounds and, depending on the aperture in the car with loads Quiet Time? Or is there a specific sound CD that I can buy?

There are entire CD collections, which are the subject wooshes and devote Swisher: www.sound-ideas.com ( "The big whoosh"). Cost of holding a little.
An insider tip for the overall film dubbing would be synonymous with the libraries from the X-Treme FX edition (which is to say, but I do not think so, for example, the products were renamed: www.ultimatesoundbank.com) - is synonymous but not quite cheap. But there are still many other sample CD's where you find such sounds - but they all cost and many have been synonymous already posted here (search).
