I've been trying for some time to find a program, with which you can cut from a video, the soundtrack and such as. wav or save it. mp3. I hope it can someone tell me a program that can do it.

VirtualDub can store quite well WAV files. The original Virtualdub can capture AVI and MPEG1 videos. The modified Virtualdub-MPGE2 of Fcchandler synonymous creates MPEG2 and (unencrypted) VOB videos. And on the FrameMaker Server Avisynth you can get close s.einige MOV and WMV and ASF videos. In SWF and RM videos rather see it not so good.
