Hello,
I just shoot a film parody and would like to see as the real film about the shooting. Of course, it is not allowed, the Music of CDs ... to take. As it is, if I:
- The melody / Score yourself based on the scores games
- Or do I need to distort the sound, convert ... So a variation, so that I do royalty-free and with full rights to use? It should, however, from my score to the model still hear.

Once the film is based heavily s.Vorbild (and after what you write is indeed desirable) that would be illegal. If you have only a few recognizable bars alienation, it would be a balance thing.
It then collides with the artistic freedom to copyright, but here is more likely to expect the copyright. ok so according to wikipedia and music law citation is allowed to take over passages that even APPEAR to be. Then this is not a problem so. Scores sucen, what slebst conceive, and a few passages fit.
Or have I misunderstood what da? Otherwise it would probably be very easy ...

here what you need to know in particular:
Partly it is proposed that the parody under the Rule of Law Citation (§ 51) and to be treated in this way to justify it. The quote does not fit right for the parody, quotes are the one wherein they are only points of a work of play, while the parody typically a plant as a whole object, but are required for citations of references in section 63 of parody and is uncommon in practice, not used. and:
(1) An independent work, which is in free use of the work of another has been created, shall not without the permission of the author of the published work and used recycled.
(2) Paragraph 1 shall not apply to the use of a work of music, through which a melody recognizable from the factory and a new plant is used. What does it all mean in practice? You will advance your projects do not require authorization for use of the material received.
