Have now found the answer and it is this: You can use the software of the Canon website to download, then 4 weeks free and then you need the unlock code. This is only of Canon itself - in other words to Willich coal. Some dealers take over for unifying en un d call handling in Willich - but it gets so synonymous even baked!
